![]() ![]() Even if we had the contacts in the O365 mailbox that wouldn't work for this user because they are used to editing the contacts in the phone app. The Outlook app is no good here - it's Contact Sync on IOS is only one way (Exchange -> Phone). It doesn't touch the existing local contacts on the phone. I've set up Activesync on the phone so it will sync contacts to the Exchange account (Settings - Contacts - Accounts - Contact sync enabled), and the Default Account for contacts has been changed to the Exchange account. But the Contacts - it's been a while since I've had to do this and I'm starting to remember the pain involved. We've transitioned them to O365, migrated all their email, bought all their files across, and so on. ![]() ![]() It actually represents a significant operational risk to their business should the phone get damaged. A client of mine has a LOT of contacts stored on his iPhone. ![]()
